Sorry about lack of sources, but there is very little material availabe. You can check fact that (biogenic) magnetite crystal exist in human & animal brains. And naturally they lie in cells that are called magnetocyte. This is very rare information, but important. I'm not expert, only googling data. Maybe wikipedia article helps and someone expert expand it later?
