The false positive report was archived so I'll just paste what I said there here, if you're even still using this IP:

The problem is that [[Frank Howard]] is a disambiguation page(WP:D), for it to work you would need to add the actual page, something like [[Frank Howard (baseball)|Frank Howard]].
