"Homophobic"? What kind of Orwellian neo-Stalinist brainwashing are you attempting to peform? Chief Justice Burger pointed out that the famous legal author Blackstone wrote that sodomy was a "'crime against nature'...of 'deeper malignity than rape,' a heinous act 'the very mention of which is a disgrace to human nature' and 'a crime not fit to be named'" (106 S. Ct. at 2841).
Non-pathological people should not be terrorized by this radical redefinition of ethical behavior and nihilistic assault on the Western legal tradition.
nietzsche's name cannot be invoked to excuse any pathological behavior; otherwise we should have a section on leopold+loeb's use of nietzsche for their murderousness
