Welcome!

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions so far. I hope you like the place and decide to stay.

Here are some links to pages you may find useful:

You don't have to log in to read or edit articles on Wikipedia, but if you wish to acquire additional privileges, you can simply create a named account. It's free, requires no personal information, and lets you:

Note that in order for the first three features to be available, you must have had an account for a certain number of days and made a certain number of edits.

If you edit without using a named account, your IP address (162.200.70.94) is used to identify you instead.

I hope that you, as a Wikipedian, decide to continue contributing to our project: an encyclopedia of human knowledge that anyone can edit. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, or you can click here to ask for help on your talk page, and a volunteer should respond shortly. We also have an intuitive guide on editing if you're interested. By the way, please make sure to sign and date your talk page comments with four tildes (~~~~).

Happy editing! JACKINTHEBOXTALK 08:55, 19 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Your help desk question

You have a response. Wikipedia does not allow WP:OR and does not write about topics that have not been covered in reliable sources. To be included the topic must be notable as we define it. What you say does suggest there might be a justification for an article, but you can't draw conclusions that are not in the sources. You say opinions are expressed and that is fine as long as it is made clear the opinions come from the source and not the person who wrote the article.— Vchimpanzee • talk • contributions • 21:14, 25 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Andethyst. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions—specifically this edit to Skyles Creek—because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Help desk. Thanks. Andethyst (talk) 01:30, 29 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing. PohranicniStraze (talk) 01:37, 29 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

To edit, please log in.

Editing by unregistered users from your shared IP address or address range may be currently disabled due to abuse. However, you are still able to edit if you sign in with an account. If you are currently blocked from creating an account, and cannot create one elsewhere in the foreseeable future, you may follow the instructions at Wikipedia:Request an account to request that volunteers create your username for you. Please use an email address issued to you by your ISP, school or organization so that we may verify that you are a legitimate user on this network. Please reference this block in the comment section of the form.

Please check on this list that the username you choose has not already been taken. We apologize for any inconvenience. ... discospinster talk 18:13, 23 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

This is the discussion page for an anonymous user who has not created an account yet, or who does not use it. We therefore have to use the numerical IP address to identify them. Such an IP address can be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user and feel that irrelevant comments have been directed at you, please create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users.
