Fiat

Why not use the talk feature to explain what you mean about the Fiat brand? Edit wars are pointless. Lancia seems to cope as a brand and subsidiary page, as is the case with most other car manufacture and car marque articles, so I don't understand your concern. You don't understand so you just revert. The sentence talks about 12 brands: Fiat is a brand (Fiat Automobiles is a legal entity, not a brand). Ferrari is a brand and fit really nicely in the sentence that listed all the brands. The subsidiary is Serbia is not a brand, it is a manufacturing JV that produces Fiat brand cars. I don't understand why we need to talk about the percentage holdings in Ferrari and Fiat Serbia in the first paragraph when, if you read the company financials, there are literally thousands of subsidiaries around the world of significance. The investments would fit better further down the article.

Also Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as a Group has several months to go before completion. It would be better to read the company PR as a source. Several leading papers actually got the facts a bit muddled. Fiat SpA still exists and when it does get merged into FCA it will actually disappear, it will not be a subsidiary. All this will take place over the next few months.

I am not interested in an edit war, I just prefer to see people get their facts straight.
