Anglo-Canadian
I appreciate your argument, however I have seen the term used in mainstream culture and more importantly by historians to describe joint British (with no emphasis places of England) and Canadian operations. You are more than likely to continue to get reverted by editors. I suggest you take your concern to the Wikipedia:WikiProject Military history talkpage to get a conversation started on the subject and gather consensus.
