Update on Marty Makary

Hi there - I see you have removed a paragraph from Marty Makary related to his opinions on COVID-19 social distancing measures and mandates a few times due, to concerns that it may be overly biased. I have tried to address your comments and added back in a hopefully more neutral version at the end of Marty Makary#Professional career. Please take a look.
