It's forbidden to evade a block by getting a new account. Blocks apply to people, not to accounts, and you're breaking the rules in a way that Wikipedia has zero tolerance for. You're not banned, your got blocked. And it's nothing to do with heaven, it has to do with Wikipedia policy:

You use the word "lie" too much. I think you mean "You are wrong." But whatever.

You have been blocked. It doesn't matter why. Even if you were blocked wrongly, it is a separate violation of policy to use another account to evade the block. In other words, if you were in the right before, now you're definitely in the wrong. (I personally think you were in the wrong before, but, as I said, that's irrelevant now.
