A Knife Sharpener is the craft profession of sharpening or grinding a blade. Often undertaken as a peddler-trade with the mode of transport (traditionally a bicycle) doubling as the mechanism of turning the grindstone. The trade has been largely replaced through the mass-production of cheap knives and home-sharpening tools.
