The only reliable news agency in Nepal. News credited to this agency, no matter the publisher, is credible. The agency is National News Agency (राष्ट्रिय समाचार समिति). The domain is http://www.rss.com.np, which doesn't itself publish news.

Journal repository

Nepal Journals Online

The domain https://www.nepjol.info is maintained by Tribhuvan University, the oldest and most reputable university in Nepal. It claims to only host papers from peer-reviewed and quality-controlled journals. Take it on their word, until proven otherwise.

  1. ^ It's the official ratings list for news publications in Nepal. There are criticisms of it, but like everything, it is generally reliable. The ratings are for offline print versions. The online versions don't just print copies of the same news articles. But this gives an understanding of the organisation's journalistic integrity/credential. The report was last updated in 2019. It excludes publications that did not apply, did not respond to queries or print too many unoriginal content
