Content Purity is a content-control software suite marketed primarily towards parents as a way to scan, detect and delete objectionable content off their child's computer. It offers parents a parental control tool, a content scanner, to search for and detect any objectionable content on the family PC.[1]. The software has a free version for parents to perform a free scan of their PCs and check if there is any objectionable files to delete before ordering the full version. PC.[2].
Features
The Content Purity software features a scan for objectionable content in the following areas: images, videos, history and hidden porn files. The software uses a SkinScan algorithm to detect pornography in images by measuring the amount of skin tone levels, distributions and curvature. The same is done by the porn scanner for videos by analyzing each video's frames within the video. The parental controls software also scans for porn images and videos that are hidden within other files/archived or have their format changed to hide their true identity. [3]

Content Purity was rated 4.5/5 by TrustPilot.com. As per Wikipidia, Trustpilot.com is a consumer review website founded in Denmark in 2007 which hosts reviews of businesses worldwide. Nearly 1 million new reviews are posted each month.[4]
Content Purity also appeared in an ebook covering parental control software by Jubilee Enterprise in 2013. [5]
