- WP:Requested articles would become eligible for CSD G13 if there was no basis for them.
- Fixes the problem that IPs currently can't create pages outside of *_talk: space allowing them to edit in the primary "Concept:" namespace and use the talk space as it was intended more like how the rest of Wikipedia works
- New wizard, submission templates revamped and updated, improved helper script
- The handful of editors helping out at WP:RA will be able to help with the WP:AfC backlogs and increase our quantity of editors
