On 4 March 2024, EastEnders announced their plans to pursue a new storyline surrounding Denzel forming an unhealthy habit of consuming Anabolic steroids after contracting muscle dysmorphia.[1][2]
Reception
For Ladega's portrayal of Denzel, he was nominated for "Best Young Performer" in 2024 at the Radio Times soap awards.[3]
