I recently created an account so I could update an article related to adult education. I have used Wikipedia for years but I now realize that there is so much more to it than I had ever imagined. I embrace the concept of free and accessible knowledge for all mankind. I intend to become a regular editor and contributor on Wikipedia.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts (history/philosophy) and a Master's degree in Developmental and Adult Education. I have many years of experience as an adult educator. My specialties are financial literacy and English language instruction.

I am also a program administrator and webmaster for a public housing authority with extensive experience in welfare programs, program development, grant writing, and newsletter creation and editing.

I also have many years of experience in the food service and hospitality industries, including management and facility maintenance.

I enjoy writing and editing the work of others. I have had a few articles published in a local newspaper and one article published on a major website under a pen name.

I created a website to help aspiring, local writing talent. I also have another blog site connected to my my pen name. It is devoted to information and commentary on social, economic, and political issues.
