Hi, I'm an academic at the University of Edinburgh, UK. My research and teaching focuses on try to better understand the dynamics of the global land use and food systems (including consumption, production and trade). My work considers interactions between climate change adaptation and mitigation, as well as how the globalisation of the food system creates links between actions in one location having consequences in others (i.e. telecoupling). I've contributed to IPCC and (to a lesser extent) IPBES processes. I'm relatively new to contributing to Wikipedia.
