Dean Mintz is an Australian entrepreneur[1] and a prominent figure in the technology and fashion industries.[1][2][3] He is the founder and CEO of Cettire, an online luxury fashion retail platform.[4][5] Since 2021, Mintz has consistently ranked on the Financial Review’s Young Rich list.[6][7][8]

Mintz studied at the University of Melbourne and holds a Bachelor of Information Systems and a Bachelor of Commerce.[4]

Mintz founded Ark Technologies in 2014.[4][5] Ark Technologies was structured as an incubator focused on technological innovation in social media, mobile and web applications and e‑commerce.[5][9]

In 2017, while at Ark Technologies, Mintz launched Cettire, an online luxury fashion platform.[4]

In 2020, Cettire was listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) with an initial valuation of $190 million[10] with Mintz as the majority shareholder owning 65.9% of shares outstanding.[11]

Prior to the IPO, Mintz held 100% of Cettire shares.[11]
