• Deletion of Images was a non-reversible process,
• Biographies of living persons policy didn't exist,
• Rollback rights didn't exist,
• Katetool was the de-facto RfA standards,
• Good articles didn't exist,
• In-line citations were not a mandatory requirement,
• Everyone knew who was Willy on Wheels,
• Cleanup and Wikify were still listed manually,
• and finally (and most importantly), the Cabal didn't exist.
