WP:CRIC List and Category rationalisation

This is a collection of Categories and Lists that need altering to match the "Foo cricketers" (players for England, who aren't always "English") not "Fooian cricketers" (players from England) convention that we have developed at WP:CRIC. Are there any mistakes etc?

These state in the lead that they also include players from Foo (in some cases only 1 other).

International captain sub categories

There are sub cats for New Zealand and Zimbabwe captains by match type (below) but not for other nations, save one for India.

Domestic captains

As brought up at the recent CfD debacle, are these necessary?

International cricket tours

English tour of Australia, or England tour of Australia etc.
