Reporting to Administrators
Repeated vandalism should always be reported to administrators. After filing a report, the case is examined, and if the vandal is found guilty, the vandal is banned from editing for a period of time.
How to Report
To report a vandal, go to Wikipedia:Administrator_intervention_against_vandalism. Click on the edit link on the User Reported section. State the vandal's username and a description of their vandalism. For examples of reports click here.
