Introduction & History
Lahore Tax Bar Association is the largest tax bar Association of Asia. It has more than 2,500 members. The association has prominent Advocates, Chartered Accountants and Income Tax Practitioners as its members. The Bar has a very significant status among all similar type of associations.
The Lahore Tax Bar Association is headed and supervised by an elected president who is assisted by office bearers. The Lahore Tax Bar Association is also affiliated with Pakistan Tax Bar Association.
Lahore Tax Bar Association has been working since 1947, However, it is registered under Societies Registration Act 1860 on 25-01-1984.
The main aim of the Association is to provide a forum to all tax practitioners who have enrolled as Registered Income Tax Practitioner and practicing in different tax offices, Courts and Tribunals.

To be a modern, progressive, effective and credible organization for optimizing revenue by providing quality service and promoting compliance with tax and related laws
Mission of Lahore Tax Bar Association
To develop effective and efficient system of collection of taxes based on progressive use of technology and ensure an environment which is congenial to prospering of Trade and Commerce
