I'm an avid reader and occasional editor of Wikipedia. I have spent an unreasonable amount of my adult life online, including moderating a very large mainframe-based discussion community, the University of Michigan's MEET:Students project, way back in the mid-1980s. These days, I can often be found online discussing Harry Potter, timeshares, and Disney World, along with the occasional more serious topic.

In the non-virtual world, I teach psychology and other subjects at Madonna University in Livonia, Michigan. I live in Ann Arbor, Michigan with my husband and three cats.
