A Cadet is a boy that is in a group that ranges from 3rd grade - 8th grade.
There is alaways a someone who runs it, they are usally called a counseler or the denmaster. They are the ones who chooses what badge to do every night.The only downfall is you have to be part of the church that does it to become one.
