Introduction
I am currently an Upper Junior at York College, City University of New York. I am majoring in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management.
I am currently taking Industrial/Organizational Psychology (PSY 253) which requires the creation of a wikipedia page, which basically means that I am now a wikipedian (wiki editor). I am now fully aware that wikipedia is most definitely not a credible site because it is people like me who edit the site and as far as I can tell I am no professional of any sort.
However, this should be an interesting and fun project, so lets just see what happens.

Project
The I/O Psychology Wikipedia project requires students, throughout the course of the Spring 2013 semester, to become Wikipedia editors by first creating a Wikipedia page and make regular edits to the page or other page. It also requires students to:
- Do peer reviews
- Understand what is I/O Psychology
- To expand our writing ability
- To grow in our ability to create knowledge
- To learn crowd-sourcing, and
- To widen our knowledge of Wikipedia
