Intro- Jason Graciano (born October 19th 1983), is a motivational speaker, Trainer and developer of people. Jason's entrepreneurial instincts caused him to work in a variety of industries but standing out the most is the automotive industry beginning at Paragon Honda located in Woodside N.Y (#1 selling Honda dealer in the world) as the sales manager for the new car division.

Biography- Jason Graciano was born on October 19th 1983 in flushing, N.Y. Son of Dario and Olga Graciano who migrated to the united states from the Dominican republic in the mid 1970's. He grew up and spent the majority of his early life in Jackson Heights New York, studied at John Bowne H.S. (flushing N.Y) in their center for writing program where he developed a love for literature and history. After graduating in 2001 he went on to attain an Associates in applied science for both business and history at Queensborough community college (Bayside N.Y). Jason continued his education at Baruch college for business. Jason moved to Astoria in 2010.

Career- Jason's career in business starts at an early age, his parents owned a family style, fast food restaurant since he was 6 years old, Charo Restaurant, located in Corona N.Y. This is where he picked up the business owner and entrepreneur mentality, constantly looking for new ways to grow his parents small business. Starting out doing deliveries and taking care of the cash register he was exposed to dealing with people constantly. During high school and college Jason worked in several jobs that mainly focused on his abilities to produce. He worked as a real estate agent, selling knives (Cutco), life and health insurance agent, certified mortgage consultant, worked in several network marketing companies, as a new car salesperson for Paragon Honda (2004-2006) and as a Sales Manager for Paragon Honda (2006-present).

Paragon Honda- Jason Graciano started selling cars to simply help getting himself through college, slowly but surely he fell in love with the business of helping people. He quickly went up the ranks and became a sales manager in a year and 6 months. At the time the youngest sales manager, in the company where the average sales manager was 42 years old he was only 22. He used that edge to do things very differently and as a result having a bigger impact on the people he worked with and more importantly making the company more profit. His approach to training and educating the people he worked with helped him get the leverage and momentum to allow him to focus on other areas of opportunity for his growth. Through ups and downs in the economy his consistency and continuous improvements allowed him to assist in bringing the store to the number spot in the country and the world!

Influential people- Jason attributes his successes in business to many of the lessons learned in the books he's read and the teachings of other successful speakers/motivators/trainers/ businessmen.
