James D. MacAllister, MS FLS is the volunteer archivist for the Lynn Margulis Digital Archive at ScholarWorks, W. E. B. Du Bois Library, University of Massachusetts-Amherst. He worked with Distinguished University Professor Lynn Margulis for the last decade of her life and is a co-author with her on a number of peer-reviewed primary science papers. He is also the webmaster for the www.environmentalevolution.org site.
