eClinicalWorks is an electronic health records company based in the United States. Founded in 1999, it reported revenue in excess of $500 million in 2018.[1]
It has never raised capital or debt.[2]
In 2015, it was investigated by the federal government due to bugs in its code causing medical errors, which ultimately resulted in a $155 million settlement in May 2017.[3]
