The Guild: Season 1 is the first season of the award-winning online sitcom, The Guild. Beginning July 27, 2007, it is the only season of the show to release new episodes monthly. The show would shift to weekly episodes beginning with Season 2. Season 1 introduces Codex, a former violin prodigy who is addicted to online gaming, despite the best efforts of therapy. After being "dumped" by her therapist for putting no effort into solving her gaming problem, Codex's life takes a sudden turn when one of her guild mates suddenly appears on her doorstep.
