A five-year sufferer of PVPS, I would like to improve my understanding of this illness. Meanwhile, I hope to contribute to the Wikipedia articles for PVPS and related topics. As a medical professional, I am left with little time for extensive communication on Wikipedia. What I hope is to be able to make spelling and grammar fixes, to flag and eventually remove uncited claims, to slightly modify unsupported claims to maintain neutrality according to Wikipedia's standards, and to add new sources from time to time, without being reverted and without being subjected to personal attacks.
