Hello and welcome!

One of my hobbies is growing much of my own food...it has more flavor than store-bought food and it’s free! Besides kale, as depicted in the photo, I also grow potatoes, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, okra, lettuce, spinach, cucumbers, watermelons, squash, onions, green beans, peas, sweet corn and popcorn. I have planted several mulberry trees from seeds from wild trees that are now producing loads of nutritious berries.

Another hobby of mine is rock collecting, terrestrial and extraterrestrial! Space is the final frontier, so I definitely want to be a part of it! Finding and collecting meteorites are one of the ways for me to do so. Both of these specimens are metal objects that are strongly attracted to a magnet. Flow lines, fusion layers and regmaglypts are also characteristics of meteorites.
