Fredweis is a moniker for a Wiki user from the borough of Manhattan in New York City, New York of the United States of America, (USA).
An avid New York Knicks fan, a basketball team in the National Basketball Association (NBA), the moniker comes from the dubious 1999 NBA Draft pick of the French basketball player Frederic Weis. Weis never signed with the Knicks and is best known for being dunked on by Vince Carter in the 2000 Olympics hosted in Sydney, Australia.
