Best known for their search technology, SearchAssistant and their interactive assistants, SiteAssistant.
An Interactive Assistant is a virtual person that answers questions and assists in finding information on web sites.
A speech engine is the core in their software. It uses human language to interpret what the visitor writes/asks and receive a direct answer from the assistant.
If the question requires more information to be answered, the assistant will ask a follow up question and even initiate a more complex dialogue.
The technology makes it possible to connect different channels to their speech engine, such as: www, E-mail, Mobile phones (WAP, SMS) and standard Telephones.
Their software SearchAssistant and SiteAssistant can also integrete to others systems to collect answers or information. Other features are spelling, managing synonyms,
Customer surveys, booking/reservations etc.
Humany become very famous in the Dot-com bubble. When Humany attracted famous people to their board of directors.
