I am a retired software engineer based in the UK.
My interests include:
- classical music (I am the grandson of the English composer Cyril Rootham)
- managing the Cyril Rootham website
- choral singing (previously with Carshalton Choral Society and Ember Choral Society)
- European languages (I speak French, German and some Russian)
- mapping with OpenStreetMap: see www.openstreetmap.org
- cycling (for the last five years I have cycled the 100km Capital to Coast ride from London to Brighton on my Brompton bike)
