The term \"pimp\" is used in context, to link to an existing Wikipedia article that has been cleared for use for the show \"Pimp my ride\" on MTV. We can remove it if necessary, but the revert causes the page to redirect to a Lois and Clark episode and we would like the article to reference the TV show \"Battleground Earth\" as we feel it is currently a more relevant search term.

Please email me if you have any questions or need me to make immediate edits, or feel free to remove the reference to the existing wikipedia article on \"Pimp my Ride\". Since the usage was fine in the cleared, existing article I thought it would be safe to link to.

Thanks, Soumik

The \"Atheist terrorism\" article redirects to the article \"Communist terrorism\", while these are two different things. Communist terrorism is done out of a strong belief in the communist ideology. This has nothing to do with atheism. Many communists do not have a religion, but there are many religious communists. I personally know a communist who believes in Allah, I have been to Cuba which is secular officially but Catholic in reality and a large part of the Chinese government is Buddhist or a supporter of the Falen Gong religion. Therefore I believe the link with communist terrorism is wrong and making atheism look bad. I think either the link made by Mamelujo or the entire \"Atheist terrorism\" article should be deleted.

Reason: making a minor change censoring content (Wikipedia is not censored)

What happened

I made the change from \"I\'m Fucking Matt Damon\" to \"I\'m F*cking Matt Damon\". This is not a censor, because the item in quotes is a title, and the title is published with the \"*\" in the word \"Fucking\", i.e. \"F*cking\". The title refers to a comedic song in which the word \"fucking\" is continually censored, and the censor in the song is part of the comedic affect, hence censoring it in the title to \"F*cking\". Thus, it is inaccurate to write the title as \"I\'m Fucking Matt Damon,\" and I believe it was a good edit to change it to the \"censored\" version of the word. I hope that cleared it up. Thank you :)

S Dean Jameson incorrectly believed that an edit by a suspected sockpuppet, who has been permitted to use one account, could be reverted without good reason. S/he did not provide a complaint about the edit itself, just the person who made it. In addition, it should be pointed out I was reverting what I believed was vandalism; Tennis expert had restored a version of the page not used since mid-June, effectively reverting around 300 edits by various editors.

Reason: making a minor change with obscenities

What happened

I have no idea!

Not sure what the supposed obscenity was either, unless this refers to the title of the comic book \"Kick-Ass\" by Mark Millar, which was included and linked-to in the edit. The edit was factual, neutral and adhered to all wikipedia guidelines, and most certainly did not constitute vandalism of any kind.

My IP address appears to have also received a final warning regarding vandalism, linked to some edits that I did not make. Since I am on vacation at a vacation property, and there are a large number of other people using this IP address, I assume that this mistaken identification may have been part of the issue, however the bot did not take the content of my edit into account when marking my very reasonable edit as vandalism.

To prevent this from happening again, I will register an account.

However I wanted to report this false positive, as I don\'t understand why ClueBot picked up a perfectly reasonable and anodyne edit as vandalism.

Thank you.

I've just added a link to the official paper from the Standartizing Committee, but the number of the document is 2666, so it looks like ClueBot reacted to "666". It's a good edit, so I'm going to revert the ClueBot's revert. Thanks.

P.S. Is it worth adding a word boundary check in the beginning of the sequence of sixs? Like this: "/\b666+\b/i"

I got the idea for the fix from the Categorization FAQ, which suggests the following:

\"If the subject has count, then make the category name plural and create a redirect of that same, plural name, redirecting back to the singular name.\"

Entire article is a self-published attempt to promote the artist. The record label which he has claimed to be signed to does not exist (at least not found by google?) and the page link is broken. As posted on his MySpace: \"While some claim the Lord works in mysterious ways, childhood friends Bang Em and Domination, rising co-CEOs of GF Records, clearly feel otherwise.\" claiming to be the CEOs of the non-existant company. Even granting that some of the article isn\'t made up, wikipedia is still not a medium of self-promotion.

A user vandalised the page by copying a whole other article into it. An IP reverted that edit. ClueBot reverted the IPs edit to the vandalised version.

Since the IP did a very obvious reversion, including the word \"Undid\" in the edit summary, it is a bad idea for the bot to revert such edits, because as far as I have seen most reversions by IPs are removal of vandalism.

Message to ClueBot,

I re-edited your text because there was a lot of false information regarding the Canadian pacific Police. I deleted false info and also made corrections to it. I\'m a member of the CP Police working in Ontario and I probably can tell better than you what we are and what we do! There was also a bunch of orthographic mistakes like (Canadian pacific police) written in small letters. Have respect; don\'t call us security guards or other names like that. We are sworn Police Officers and we can do our job properly without having to call the local Police Service. Yes, we sometimes ask them for assistance for special circumstances like if we cannot attend a location because of the distance or if a solo officer needs back up. Don\'t say again that the company rely on the local police dept because they don\'t want us to get hurt. There was a lot of inaccurate things and as a result have been deleted by myself. The bottom line is that I dont agree with you for several points and will not let you do this without doing something about it. If you feel that Im not right with you, contact me via my official e-mail: yann_tremblay@cpr.ca and will resolve this case together. Thanks
