A UserProject is a project that is in your userspace. I know you say to do this if you want to start a project, but I just wanted to give it a name. It could be for one article or a few articles, but I thought I would try it. Just to see what would happen. (See the second link for how to link it)

Like any other project this is meant to benefit Wikipedia, so if that isn't going to happen DON'T DO IT! (The opposite of Just do it)
