I think the discussion about uaid e Azam being Shia or Sunni should be stopped after this incident as one Quaid had a meeting with Mahatama Ghandhi which was incidently on 21st of Ramadan and for some reasons it was postponed. A news Reporter wanted to exploit this situation and asked Quaid e Azam that 21st Ramadan is a Shadat Day of Hazrat Ali (R.A.)(Death Anniversary of Hazrat Ali R.A.) was this the reason the meeting is postponed? and further he asked "Sir can i ask whether you belong to Shia or Sunni Sect" Quaid said to the Reporter" You reply my question and than i will tell you who I am and the question to the Reporter was " Can you tell me our Great Prophe Hazarat Mohammad Mustafa S.A.(May Peace be upon Him) was Shia or Sunni" The reporter had no reply than Quaid said "I am just a follower of the Great Prophet means just a MUSLIM" Yes he was born in Shia Family but after acquiring worldly and religeous knoledge he was above all these small things. A person like him are born in centuries. This is very clear and we all Muslims should identify ourselves as Muslims only and if we succeed and can gather on one platform than all the problems of Muslim Ummah can be solved and Ummah can come out as a big Super Power in the world aboobakeri
