Why?
What purpose does this serve, and why does its name not seems to have anything to do with that? It certainly doesn't capitalize templates:
- {{Template capitalization|x|y|z}}
produces:
— SMcCandlish ☺ ☏ ¢ ≽ʌⱷ҅ᴥⱷʌ≼ 20:44, 16 February 2016 (UTC)
