Move to talk page?

Although the template instructions state that this template should be used on article talk pages, there are many article pages that use this template. Should we request a bot to move them to the article talk pages, or change the instructions? Thanks! GoingBatty (talk) 17:00, 31 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
