West Australia and South Australia

Adding the The West Australian Nationals and the South Australian Nationals to the template as they are both part of the National Party, both of their state presidents sit on the Nationals Federal Management Committee and are recognised as divisions of the Federal Party. They are not however part of the Coalition, which is a separate organisation/agreement (which may have caused others some confusion). http://nationals.org.au/our-team/federal-management-committee
