Name

For the moment I have given this template the title Maurice Harold Macmillan, 1st Earl of Stockton, as that was Macmillan's full name, but I wonder if the Maurice is misleading as, while it was his official first name, he was always known as Harold. Edward Cavendish, 10th Duke of Devonshire

I have added Edward Cavendish, 10th Duke of Devonshire, Macmillan's brother-in-law, to the family section, as the relationship is mentioned a few times in the Duke's article, including in reference to the Duke's death and whether the relationship prevented John Bodkin Adams being questioned about it at his 1957 trial.
