Please update the text to follow the new (2 months old) instructions/system. Replace all the "text= ..." with the following:

  • IMPORTANT: New system: Submit any new wikiprojects, taskforces, backlog drives, or finished portals, to the Signpost WikiProject desk so that they can potentially (at The Signpost editors' discretion) be included in the next issue of The Signpost. The CBB is no longer included in the Community Portal.

I would like to change the template to the following:

The reasoning is that I am currently re-vitalizing the community bulletin board, and this editnotice will make it easier for editors to understand how to add entries. The editnotice provides a concise summary on how to add entries to the page, and touches on many more aspects than the previous one did.
