Alterations

@Toadboy123, Sammi Brie, and SL93: I have trimmed the original hook in prep per WP:DYKTRIM. The original hook implied that the praise was a statement from the entire IOC, when in reality it was a sentence from its TikTok account. The source also did not verify that the TikTok account mentioned the words "rabbit tactic", so that has been removed.
