@TompaDompa: thanks so much for your comprehensive review of the Rubicon article (the comments are of higher quality than most of the academic life science peer reviews I've seen).

RE your bulleted comments, I've accepted all of your suggestions, editing the article accordingly.
RE the DYK submission, where do we go from here? Should I edit it? You're right that the citation doesn't quite substantiate the hook; here is a new suggestion (inspired by your clever suggestion):
- Hook: DYK that genetically crossing (out) the Rubicon (protein) reduces hallmarks of aging in roundworms, fruit flies, and mice?

- @Prodigiousfool: Discussion is generally held at the main Template:Did you know nominations/Rubicon (protein) page, not at the talk page. That way it's easily visible to everyone and all the discussion is in one place. TompaDompa (talk) 15:05, 30 June 2022 (UTC)
