Placement
This should either be on the talk page (like the GA and FA templates) or an editnotice. If you want to announce an article being TAFI on the page itself, a small note in the {{cleanup}} "reason" parameter should suffice. KATMAKROFAN (talk) 02:31, 27 October 2016 (UTC)
