Categories change explanation

I have removed this template from Category:England city templates as the Metropolitan Borough of St Helens does not have city status. I have put it in Category:Merseyside templates which is a more appropriate fit. Dunarc (talk) 21:54, 30 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
