Template talk:Accrington Stanley F.C. managers

Two managers?

Whoever created this template really ought to have researched the history of Accrington's managers because at the moment, this is a completely pointless template. -- BigDom 20:46, 11 October 2009 (UTC)

I've tried to update it, and added four managers but it would be nigh-on impossible to get any information from the late 1960s and then from the late 1970s to early 90s, as simply no-one cared about them then and no-one has bothered to document their history comprehensively, so the template's never going to be "correct". -- BigDom 21:23, 11 October 2009 (UTC)

Yeah, that's why when I created the template, I left it with the managers that could be easily sourced. I would guess that the only way forward would be to find some paper sources published on the history of the club. Any ideas? The Rambling Man (talk) 21:24, 11 October 2009 (UTC)

Yeah that's fair enough. I don't know how to go about getting paper sources - as far as I know there's one book about their history since 1968, so if anyone had that it might be useful. Apart from that I don't know what to suggest -- BigDom 21:30, 11 October 2009 (UTC)
