Tips sentence
The "tips sentence" used by this stub seems outside the scope and purpose of a stub template. The purpose of a stub notice is merely to let the reader know that the article is in its infancy. Providing tips about how to submit to an academic journal or even pointing out the article's talk page is not the job of the stub template. (If that information is important, why should it "disappear" when the stub template is no longer needed?) From a copyeditor's point of view, the extra text is confusing, ugly, and unnecessary. It make the overall feel of the article worse. Lastly, if this sort of thing is permitted, it's easy to imagine it catching on with every stub notice "spamming" about some thing. It's just a bad idea and doesn't serve a purpose. I'll be bold and remove it. Jason Quinn (talk) 04:28, 9 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
