This barnstar was introduced by Smurrayinchester on January 8, 2006.

Criteria

The Template Barnstar may be awarded to an editor who contributes significantly to create or improve useful templates and infoboxes.
It should not, however, be used for userboxes.

Usage

To use this Barnstar template, create a new section on the user talkpage of the user you want to give the award to, and add {{subst:The Template Barnstar|1=Put your message here. ~~~~}} to the talk page of the user to whom you wish to award it.

This barnstar has an alternate version.
To use, add |2=alt to the end: {{subst:The Template Barnstar|1=Put your message here. ~~~~|2=alt}}
Which produces:

		The Template Barnstar
		Put your message here ~~~~
