Template:Template for rename

This template, which has a shortcut of {{TfR}}, is just a template for rename (TfR) wrapper for the {{Template for discussion}} ({{TfD}}) template, which is otherwise for deletions.
Usually, templates are renamed (moved) through same Wikipedia:Requested moves (WP:RM) process as other pages, so {{subst:Rm}} is the template normally used. However, sometimes some template renames are proposed as part of a broader spate of template cleanup that also involves deletions and/or mergers, in which case it makes more sense to include the renames with the related deletions/moves at WP:TFD, to centralize the discussion.
Usage
All this template does is set |action=renaming, optionally pass a |otherpage= value, and pass through any other parameters supported by {{TfD}}. This changes its output to indicate that the template has been nominated to be renamed, rather than deleted, and to suggest leaving the nominated template's authors a {{TfR notice}} instead of a {{TfD notice}}.
