Template:Permission received
 | An email has been received at VRTS concerning some or all of the text on this page, and can be read by users with a VRTS account.
However, the message was not sufficient to confirm permission for the text. This may, among other reasons, be because there was no explicit release under a free license, or the email address that the permission came from is not associated with the location where the content was originally published. For an update on the issue, please contact the user who added this template to the page, someone else with a VRTS account, or the VRT noticeboard. If a valid permission is not provided within 30 days of the first response by a VRT volunteer, the text will be deleted. |
Template used for marking files which are still being processed by the VRT team. This template should only be added by an VRT volunteer.
Usage

- Required parameters
|id=should be set to the full 16-digit ticket number for the VRT ticket corresponding to the file/page.|year=year|month=month|day=dayis used to set the date the ticket was last checked by a VRT volunteer.|user=should be set to the username of the agent adding the tag.
- Optional parameters
|reason=1will replace the generic message with one stating that the image has not yet been processed and will not categorize the image in Category:Wikipedia files with unconfirmed permission received by VRT by date. This parameter should be used if you have not yet replied to the sender and we are not awaiting a response. Images with this template should not be deleted until a reply has been sent to the ticket and the sender has had an adequate time to respond.|reason=2will replace the generic message with one stating that the email was not sufficient as it does not contain an explicit release under a free license.|reason=3will replace the generic message with one stating that the VRT team could not verify it was from the copyright holder.|reason=examplewill replace the standard explanation of possible reasons withbecause example.(This text will be added to the end of the previous sentence, as opposed to creating a new sentence.) This option should be used with care to avoid disclosing too much information about the ticket.
