This template provides attribution to the New South Wales State Heritage Register for articles containing CC-BY material from that register.

Parameters

It requires 5 parameters:

• name: the name of the entry in the New South Wales State Heritage Register
• dno: the database number of the entry in the New South Wales Heritage Database (used to construct the URL)
• id: the State Heritage Register number of the entry
• year: year of publication of the URL (normally the current year)
• accessdate: the date the entry was retrieved (normally today's date)

which renders as:

This Wikipedia article was originally based on Robin Hood Farm, entry number 1387 in the New South Wales State Heritage Register published by the State of New South Wales (Department of Planning and Environment) 2018 under CC-BY 4.0 licence, accessed on 27 March 2018.
